Hope you all had a nice Fourth of July.  The weather cooperated fairly well, except for the day of the 4^th, which delayed the fireworks until Friday night…….still not a bad result.

E INVITATIONAL REGATTA……is here this weekend.  Races will take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday……so we will have no club racing.

Reminder…….To attend the Saturday evening (6:30 p.m.) dinner/party at Brakkes you must purchase tickets for a mere $35 during regatta registration at the Yacht Club building on Thursday, June 11 between 3:00 – 9:00 p.m.  If that absolutely does not work for you, then contact Bob Krogh (rckrogh@gmail.com) to make alternate arrangements.

All spectator boats please make sure you check city dock and the CLYC dock about 30 minutes before race time for crew or spectators who will likely be standing there awaiting a ride and looking anxious.

If there is an emergency on the lake during the races, call the CLYC at 641-357-8001 or Margaret Oz’s cell (612-418-8856).
